Graduation

The Approval of Completion Form verifies that the completion of all MPH program requirements has taken place. It must be completed before clearance for graduation will be granted and must be approved by the faculty advisor, faculty reader, and MPH program manager.

MPH Graduation Deadlines 2024-2025

Sep 13 Jan 24 Mar 10* Last day to apply for graduation online in AIM.
*This date applies to all students who plan to graduate in June or August but who want to walk in the April graduation ceremonies.
May 5** **Last day for MPH students to apply for graduation online in AIM for June or August and receive a diploma but NOT walk in the April graduation ceremonies.
Sep 27 Feb 7 Mar 16* Last day for departments to accept a student's graduation application in AIM (GRADQ, GRADAPP, and ADV01) to walk in April graduation ceremonies.
May 9** **Last day for departments to accept graduation applications in AIM for a June or August diploma.
Nov 22 Mar 28 May 23 Last day to submit the Final Fieldwork Report electronically to faculty advisor and reader. Ample time should be allowed in case a written response to the advisor's decision is necessary.
Dec 13 Apr 18 June 13 Last day to submit the Final Fieldwork Report electronically and the Approval of Completion form to the MPH program manager.

  • Complete Exit Survey (will be emailed by the department)
  • Remove personal items from MPH lounge

Note: Students who miss the graduation deadlines for any given semester must register for at least 2 hours or the equivalent minimum registration fee and will graduate the following semester. All graduation applications are submitted online. Graduate Studies final approval deadline is one week after the department deadline. **All graduates are invited to participate in the April University Commencement exercises.
