Graduation
The Approval of Completion Form verifies that the completion of all MPH program requirements has taken place. It must be completed before clearance for graduation will be granted and must be approved by the faculty mentor, faculty reader, and MPH program manager.

Note: Students who miss the graduation deadlines for any given semester must register for at least 2 hours or the equivalent minimum registration fee and will graduate the following semester. All graduation applications are submitted online. Graduate Studies final approval deadline is one week after the department deadline. **All graduates are invited to participate in the April University Commencement exercises.
