Biography

I grew up in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon and foothills of the Cascade Mountains. My research focuses on geography of urban health problems. This primarily includes active transportation in urban areas (e.g. urban on-road bicyclists).

Research Interests

Active transportation in urban areas, shared road spaces, health geography, urban health, GIS mapping, urban bicyclist safety, translational research, social determinants of health
