Profile
While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:
my parents, my family, and the professors in the Public Health program.
What I enjoyed most about my experience at BYU was:
field experience, discovering my passions, being excited about learning, and making connections with other students and faculty. I also loved watching first-hand how the hard work in my studies benefitted others around me both professionally and personally.
While earning my degree I was involved in the following clubs/organizations:
BPHA, BYU Step Club, BYU Sigma Delta Pi National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society, BYU Delta Alpha Pi International Honor Society
I plan to use my degree to:
advocate for vulnerable populations within my communities, and focus on prevention and up-stream solutions surrounding direct patient care.
Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:
a lifelong commitment of critical thinking and learning.
