Profile
While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:
-Dallin Despain, Jim and Summar Kneedler, Stephanie Lutz, Monica Miramontes, Maya Brimhall, Loren Monsivais, and of course my family!!
What I enjoyed most about my experience at BYU was:
-The opportunities to go to lectures from traveling professors and professionals. It was an amazing experience to hear from so many wonderful people around the world. I appreciated learning about various subjects and how the professors would tie it to the gospel.
While earning my degree I was involved in the following clubs/organizations:
-I was the NSS (Nonprofit Student Society) president. I was a member of: (1) Students Against Sexual Assault, (2) BPHA, (3) Women Studies Honors Society, and (4) Phi Eta Sigma.
I plan to use my degree to:
-Continue to work with domestic violence and rape victims. I start law school this upcoming fall and my goal is to improve, create and enforce legislation to protect victims of crime and eliminating loopholes within those laws that benefit perpetrators.
Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:
-A vacation! Hopefully to the beach or Disney.
