Profile
While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:
My professors, especially Dr. Beard, Dr. Hanson, Dr. Thacker, and Dr. Sloan. Their examples of success and innovation motivated me to join the public health workforce. They treated me like a person first and a student second, which was helpful as my life felt like a whirlwind outside of academics.
What I enjoyed most about my experience at BYU was:
Getting to go to the capitol to lobby in favor of T-21 legislation.
While earning my degree I was involved in the following clubs/organizations:
BPHA
I plan to use my degree to:
Improve health equity disparities through policy based initiatives and community programs.
Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:
Never logging onto Learning Suite again.
