Profile

While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:
the public health professors! I have felt so supported at every step along my way in this program and have sincerely appreciated professors knowing my name and taking genuine interest in me!

What I enjoyed most about my experience at BYU was:
the opportunity for experiential learning! I was able to intern abroad for three summers in Malawi working on original research and was even able to submit some of that research to an academic journal.

While earning my degree I was involved in the following clubs/organizations:
Students for International Development, Honors Program

I plan to use my degree to:
pursue a career in global health! I've really appreciated the hard data analysis skills I've gained along with the program planning and evaluation skills that have really been accentuated by the soft skills that we have learned in the major of communication, collaboration, and leadership.

Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:
graduate school! Just waiting to hear back from some programs, but I'm excited to continue my studies and see what happens next!
