Profile
While earning my degree, my greatest supporters were:
Luke, Michael, Anna, Dan, Kevin, Lori, and my Parents.
What I enjoyed most about my experience at BYU was:
I loved that my worldview was consistently stretched. After four and a half years, I feel as though I have learned how little I still know. I also loved the spirit of community and collaboration I experienced in almost every class and community I found on campus.
While earning my degree I was involved in the following clubs/organizations:
BYUSA, SID, and RHA.
I plan to use my degree to:
Starting as a Teach for America Corps Member, I plan to use my degree to create systematic change that will increase equity. I am excited to be provide an excellent scientific education to middle school students in Charlotte, North Carolina this August.
Now that I have completed the program, I'm most looking forward to:
Collaborating in the professional world to solve social and health problems that I see in my communities. Also, living life without always having midterms around the corner.
